Description

This presentation will discuss the importance of recording patient-reported outcomes (PROs) to harness the patient voice an, improve health care quality and help pave the way to value-based health care. It will show how digital tools can facilitate de recording of PROs, facilitate patient-physician communication, and help optimize health care resources during exceptional times (such as the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic). Es werden Beispiele aus Projekten der Genfer Universitätskliniken vorgestellt und die Herausforderungen bei der Umsetzung der PRO-Erfassung diskutiert.
