Biography

Magali Boers has joined the department of digitalisation of the Luxembourgish Ministry of Health and Social Security in 2023. In this role she focuses in particular on European and intergovernmental affairs and represents Luxembourg in various European and international committees and networks. Before joining the ministry, she has been responsible for market access at the Luxembourg Health Directorate and also worked as business analyst, product manager and project director in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry as well as in international organizations. She has done extensive academic research in the field of European cooperation processes in Health Technology Assessment and fosters particular interest for market access and the development of assessment frameworks in the field of digital health. She is a member of various national and international experts groups on HTA and digital health.
