Our Tumor Conference module offers a user-friendly platform with multilingual options, facilitating both the planning and conduct of tumor conferences. It involves all relevant stakeholders in the process, and electronic management of patient data is carried out to ensure traceability and the avoidance of redundancies.
The following features have been incorporated into our module:
• Automatic generation of patient diagnoses and treatment previews for the tumor conference.
• Consideration of previously conducted tumor conferences for patients and their processing status.
• Recommendations are assigned to the responsible departments' calendars for further processing.
• Easy creation of tumor conference reports for respective physicians.
• Reports can be generated in multiple languages (Currently: German, English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish).
• The possibility for decision-makers to electronically acknowledge recommendations.
• Freezing the conference to prevent subsequent modifications.
• Audit trail for better process traceability.
The module provides two patient search options:
• Patients for whom a tumor conference is planned.
• Patients for whom a tumor conference already exists.
Our goal is to simplify processes for all involved stakeholders and facilitate the conduct of virtual meetings. Additionally, all tumor conferences that have been conducted for the patient can be displayed.
