How can we collaborate with patients, providers, clinical managers, and cutting edge medtech companies to develop innovative ways to improve health care for staff and patients? Together with them, I am using research and teaching to explore our perspectives on co-creation, quality improvement (including lean & Value-Based Health Care), AI implementation, complexity, medical leadership and change management, health care innovation, medical education, team training, patient safety, costing, reimbursement models, business model thinking, and the Quadruple Aim.
