Right to Image

Each participant in the Healthcare Week Luxembourg event, including exhibitors, authorizes the company QUINZE MAI (SASU WITH A CAPITAL OF 3,070,884.00 Euros - RCS NANTERRE 302 382 858 - 42 Rue Barbès - 92240 Montrouge), hereinafter referred to as "QUINZE MAI," its partners, and assigns:

• To record my image and/or voice for reproduction and use in photos, films, video recordings, or other media, as well as for sound, audiovisual, or visual reproductions (hereinafter referred to as "Recordings").
• To distribute my image and/or voice and to use or transfer the use of the Recordings to a third party. These Recordings may be published on any media worldwide, in French or any other language, without restriction or limitation, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, particularly for the promotion of QUINZE MAI, either once or multiple times.

Additionally, it is acknowledged that QUINZE MAI holds and will hold all literary and artistic property rights to the aforementioned Recordings for a maximum duration of 3 years.

In this regard, I expressly agree that:

• The images may be edited, assembled, or modified for technical or artistic purposes in accordance with professional standards.
• The trademarks and distinctive signs of QUINZE MAI may be embedded on the screen during broadcast, or any other sponsor accredited by QUINZE MAI, and I waive any claims in this regard.
• The Recordings may be disseminated multiple times by QUINZE MAI, its partners, and assigns.
• The Recordings may be exploited digitally or telephonically, as well as published online worldwide on the QUINZE MAI website, its event websites, or the websites of its partners and assigns.

I am fully informed and expressly accept that:

• "Multi-broadcasting" refers to QUINZE MAI’s ability to carry out one or multiple broadcasts through any means of clear or encrypted telecasting (via waves, cables, satellites, etc.).
• The multi-broadcasted Recordings may be reproduced simultaneously and/or delayed and in full within satellite TV services and/or distributors chosen by QUINZE MAI or any other French or foreign TV channel, and communicated to the public.
• This authorization applies to the reproduction and representation of the images and sounds of my image in the Recordings, collectively or separately, in full or in part, on any medium and for the above-defined uses, without any obligation of broadcast.

I guarantee QUINZE MAI the peaceful exercise of the assigned and granted rights.

This authorization is granted free of charge to QUINZE MAI for the uses defined above, carried out directly by it or indirectly by any third party authorized by it. Consequently, I hereby waive any claims for payment, remuneration, or compensation from QUINZE MAI, the broadcaster, and/or sponsors of the Recordings for my participation in the Recordings.
