Description

This presentation will discuss the importance of recording patient-reported outcomes (PROs) to harness the patient voice an, improve health care quality and help pave the way to value-based health care. It will show how digital tools can facilitate de recording of PROs, facilitate patient-physician communication, and help optimize health care resources during exceptional times (such as the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic). Examples from projects executed at the Geneva University Hospitals will be presented, and the challenges to implementing PROs recording will also be discussed.
