COMUNICARE SOLUTIONS is a spin-off from the University of Liège, specialising in e-health. It is developing and marketing a solution to support patients in chronic care and post-hospitalisation situations. The Comunicare telemedicine platform uses patient empowerment, remote monitoring and predictive models specific to certain pathologies to provide a non-pharmacological strategy for improving disease management at home. It also provides patient data collection solutions for clinical trials.
